A Prayer for Those Whom We Love

 Almighty God, we entrust all who are dear to us to your never-failing care and love, for this life and the life to come, knowing that you are doing for them better things than we can desire or pray for; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

For peace for Mary Baynes as she nears death. For peace for Linda Young, her granddaughter, Rachel and Nathan Young, her great-grandchildren, and for all who love Mary.
 
For Dick Breidenbaugh who is being cared for by Hospice at Pleasant Valley Manor Nursing Home. 
 
For Jim and Mother Louise Baker as they transition to their new ministries in Montana.

For the full inclusion of all the baptized in all the sacraments. For all who are hungry. For all who are without shelter. For affordable, decent housing for all.
For the lonely, the fearful, the discouraged, the oppressed and those in prisons. For the unemployed and the underemployed. 

  For Barack, our President, and for all in authority in all the nations of the world that there may be peace and justice for all people.

For all who work in these ministries so that others may be fed.For this fragile earth, our island home; may we may become more thoughtful stewards of all of God's blessings.
