Luke 18: 15-16
"People were bringing even infants to Jesus that he might touch them; and when the disciples saw it, they sternly ordered them not to do it. But, Jesus called for them and said, "Let the children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.'"

It has been said, that we are drowning in information, but starved for knowledge. At Grace Episcopal Church, I believe we are not simply disseminating information, but teaching our children how to think as faith-people and as Christians. Their faith-knowledge comes from the stories found in the Bible, the gathering and worshiping community, and their experience of God at work in the world. This learning is nurtured during our Sonshine Academy (Christian education) hour, where youth and children experience the stories of faith, worship God with their prayers and actions, and work with God’s people through mission. I hope you will join us as we learn and experience God’s story together.
Nursery Care is provided from 10:00-11:30 am on Sunday, and from 7:00-8:30 pm on Wednesday, for ages birth to three years old. Our dedicated nursery workers are Verna and Andreea.
